What sort of personal injury clients do you represent?
The Cochran Firm is devoted to handling cases for everyday people who have serious civil claims.  

For the last 20 years, we’ve focused primarily on personal injury.  We’ve handled some exceptional criminal defense cases—and I’m aware that some of them have been very high profile—but our focus is people who are seriously injured, disfigured, or permanently disabled.

How can disadvantaged victims afford your firm’s personal injury services?
We charge based on contingency, or a percentage of the money we recover for our clients.  The initial consultation is free.  If there is no financial recovery for the client, then we take no money, either.  This way, we can represent individuals who might not otherwise have the money to hire a lawyer.

How did you select the lawyers for your firm?
I looked for lawyers who share my vision of justice—lawyers who believe that all victims deserve strong representation and fair compensation for their injuries.  

The Cochran Firm is the right balance of seasoned senior lawyers who obtained record verdicts and talented younger lawyers who want to continue our vision.

There is no greater joy and there is no higher calling than seeking justice for injured clients.  

All good trial lawyers know the feeling of helping others who are in need. I have no intention of slowing my journey for justice.
